Nikki Helms is a birth worker, wife, mom, and all-around badass kween from San Diego, CA. She stopped by the BK recording lair to share the stories of giving birth to her two daughters, Nina and Naia, via cesarean. Nikki opens up about her introduction into birth work, how that experience influenced her own births, and how she navigated having two unplanned cesareans. Her births included some unexpected things that were a bit scary at times and Nikki shares candidly about how she and her husband walked through these experiences. Enjoy!
