This week’s guest is the amazing Rebecca Dekker of Evidence Based Birth! Rebecca is a nurse with her PhD and the founder of Evidence Based Birth! The EBB website receives millions of visitors each year, who come to read the research evidence on childbirth practices—which Rebecca and her team aim to make publicly accessible, so that anyone can access evidence based information. Rebecca is the host of the Evidence Based Birth Podcast and the author of the newly published book, Babies Are Not Pizzas, They’re Born, Not Delivered. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband Dan and her three children ages 11, 7, and 5.
